Spring 2023 Career Fair & Mixer
The Spring Career Fair will be held on February 14th, 2023 at The Penn Stater Hotel & Conference Center from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm. Please be mindful employers will be eating lunch from 12:00 - 1:30 pm.
A mixer for this event will be held on February 13th, 2023 at the Penn Stater Hotel & Conference Center from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm with check-in beginning at 5:00 pm.

Resume Reviews & Resume Book
All student resumes will be due to pennstateasceresumes@gmail.com by February 3rd at 9:00 pm, no exceptions. Additionally, resume review sessions will be held in the ASCE lounge during the following dates and times:
Monday, January 30 from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Tuesday, January 31 from 11:30 am - 12:30 pm
Wednesday, February 1 from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Transportation
Fullington Trailways will be offering FREE TRANSPORTATION for all Penn State students interested in attending the Mixer & Career Fair. The bus will be running on a continuous loop from the Reber Lot (behind the Hammond building) to the Penn Stater from 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm on the night of the mixer and from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm on the day of the career fair. Additionally, the CATA Red Link also goes to the Penn Stater. If you have any questions, please contact Matt Griffiths via email at meg6165@psu.edu.

Dress Code
If you plan on attending our Mixer, the suggested attire is business casual. As for the day of the career fair, come prepared to get a job by wearing business formal. For more insight on dress attire for our events, check out some pictures on our website from past career fairs and mixers.
Name Tags
When arriving at both events, blank stick-on name tags will be available for all students and employers to fill out when entering the Penn Stater. Please remember to include your name, major & focus, graduation date, and position seeking (ex. internship, full-time, co-op, etc.).
