About Us

The Sustainable Solutions Engineering Club is the newest competition team within Penn State ASCE! The club was established in Spring 2025 and competes annually in the ASCE Sustainable Solutions Competition. The competition encourages students to develop a stronger understanding of sustainability and learn to incorporate sustainable solutions into the engineering design process.  ​

The Penn State Sustainable Solutions team was the champion in the Spring 2024 ASCE Mid-Atlantic West Symposia, and placed 2nd overall in the Spring 2025 ASCE Mid-Atlantic West Symposia.
