Employee Registration - Fall 2023

Thank you for your interest in our career fair events! Employee registration is now open for the Fall 2023 Semester! Please click the registration button below.
EMPLOYEE REGISTRATION
*Please note that payment is due by October 9th, 2023 to confirm your registration. Once registered you will be sent one reminder about your outstanding balance. Additionally, all registered employees will be sent an email from pennstateascecareerfair@gmail.com about the logistics of the event.

​*Company Cancellation Policy: Registrants may cancel by October 9th for a 75% refund. Please note that we are unable to provide refunds for this event for registrants who choose not to attend and do not notify our office prior to the cancellation deadline.  Additionally, the University reserves the right to cancel or postpone any event due to  unforeseen circumstances. In this situation, the University will refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for participants' other costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies.

Q: Who do I contact if I have questions regarding the event or my registration?
Answer: Please contact the event coordinator, Matt Griffiths. He can be reached at pennstateascecareerfair@gmail.com or meg6165@psu.edu.
Q: Will there be a mixer the night before the career fair?
Answer: Yes, there will be a mixer! Penn State ASCE is hosting a mixer from 5:00 - 8:00 PM on October 16, 2023 in Alumni Hall in the HUB-Robeson Center. When registering you will be prompted to select whether your team will be attending the event or not. We hope to see you there!
Q: Will we be able to ship our company materials?
Answer: Yes, you will be able to send in shipments! As the career fair approaches you will be sent an email with logistical information, including where to send your shipments.
Q: How much does the mixer cost?
Answer: There is no additional charge for attending our mixer reception.
Q: How much does the career fair cost?
Answer: The career fair costs $750.00 per table. This cost will provide you with a six foot table, two chairs, and meal for all recruiters.
Q: How many representatives can we send to the mixer and career fair?
Answer: Each company has been asked to bring no more than three recruiters per company. This limit has been set for both the mixer and the career fair.
Q: Will lunch be provided for the employers the day of the career fair?
Answer: Yes, we will have a sit-down lunch at 11:00 am for all attending employers in the BJC concourse. More information to come!
Q: Where can we park?
Answer: You will be sent an email at a later date with instructions on how to use the ParkMobile App. Using the ParkMobile App, you will be able to park in the Eisenhower Deck, East Deck, or BJC/Beaver Stadium Commuter Lots free of charge. Additionally, instructions on CATA bus routes will be sent out for your convenience.
Q: How do we pay for the event?
Answer: Please see the respective payment method below.

PAY WITH CREDIT CARD
1. Access your Nittany Lion Careers account at http://nittanylioncareers.psu.edu
2. Select the Employer login button and input your login credentials.  Employers new to Penn State career fairs:  you should have received a second email with account information.
3. Select Events>Career Fairs from the left menu
4. Scroll through the list of events to find the 2023 Fall ASCE Career Fair and click on the "Registered" button
5. Select the "Event Payment" tab to view your invoice
6.  Scroll to the bottom of the page and select "Pay with Credit Card"
7.  You will be redirected to a new page where you can submit your payment information to Penn State.  Upon submission, you will be directed back to paid invoice.
