*Please note that payment is due by January 12th, 2026 to confirm your registration. Once registered, you will be sent one reminder about your outstanding balance. Additionally, all registered​ employees will be sent an email from [email protected] about the logistics of the event.

​*Company Cancellation Policy: Registrants may cancel by January 12th for a 75% refund. Please note that we are unable to provide refunds for this event for registrants who choose not to attend and do not notify our office prior to the cancellation deadline. Additionally, the University reserves the right to cancel or postpone any event due to unforeseen circumstances. In this situation, the University will refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for participants' other costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies.

Career Reception Packages: 

When registering for the ASCE Spring Career Reception, there will be two packages that can be selected, each with their own benefits.  A description of each of the packages is provided below:

General Registration ($500)
- May bring only enough materials to occupy a 3’ round cocktail table.
- May bring a maximum of (2) recruiters, catering provided.
- Access to ASCE resume book before the Career Reception, and interview rooms after the Career Reception.

Sponsor Registration ($750)
- May bring up to (2) standing banners.
- May bring materials to occupy a 3’ round cocktail table.
- Priority table placement in a high-visibility area.
- May bring a maximum of (4) recruiters, catering provided.
- Access to ASCE resume book before the Career Reception, and interview rooms after the Career Reception.

Q: Who do I contact if I have questions regarding the event or my registration?

Q: Where can we park?
Answer: You will be sent an email at a later date with instructions on how to use the ParkMobile App. Using the ParkMobile App, you will be able to park in the Eisenhower Deck, East Deck, or BJC/Beaver Stadium Commuter Lots free of charge. Additionally, instructions on CATA bus routes will be sent out for your convenience.
Q: How do we pay for the event?
Answer: Please see the respective payment method below.

​PAY WITH CREDIT CARD
1. Access your Nittany Lion Careers account at http://nittanylioncareers.psu.edu
2. Select the Employer login button and input your login credentials.  Employers new to Penn State career fairs:  you should have received a second email with account information.
3. Select Events>Career Fairs from the left menu
4. Scroll through the list of events to find the Spring 2026 ASCE Civil Engineering Job Reception and click on the "Registered" button
5. Select the "Event Payment" tab to view your invoice
6.  Scroll to the bottom of the page and select "Pay with Credit Card"
7.  You will be redirected to a new page where you can submit your payment information to Penn State.  Upon submission, you will be directed back to paid invoice.
